About the Designer

Marina García Fernández

Marina García Fernández grew up surrounded by paper from her father's printing company, drawing endlessly and losing any fear of the blank canvas. She studied Creation and Design with a specialisation in drawing and has worked largely in the fashion industry, which sharpened her visual understanding. Finding inspiration in small daily details, ceramics, conversation and her passions for gastronomy and nature, García describes her work as figurative, simple and serene, treating each piece as a way of narrating to people through images.
