We aim to make imaginative food, focused on quality ingredients, in a creative way that gives a nod to tradition, whilst making it completely unique to us. Our talented chefs draw inspiration from diverse places that they’ve lived and travelled worldwide and you can see traces of Scandinavian, Italian, South American, Korean and South-East Asian cuisine woven through our seasonally changing menu.
