If you are drawn to the Arrival Hall aesthetic, we would love to work with you to help bring your vision to life. Our in-house design team has in depth knowledge in interiors and can draw from our extensive collection of furniture, lighting and homewares to inspire, guide and create a suitable arrangement for your dream space.
Full Interior Consult
Step 1: Initial Consultation (1–2 hours)
We begin by meeting with you either on-site (where possible) or in-store to review your floor plans and gain a clear understanding of your space. During this session, we take the time to learn about your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs to inform our design approach.
Step 2: Proposal Presentation
Following the consultation, we will prepare a tailored design proposal that includes planning layouts, moodboards, and a curated selection of furniture and accessories from our portfolio of trusted brands. These layouts help you visualise how the pieces will work together within your space. We’ll then arrange a follow-up meeting in-store to walk you through the proposal and make any necessary revisions.
Step 3: Placing Your Order
Once you've approved your selections, a 50% deposit is required to proceed with your order. The remaining balance is due prior to the handover of goods.
Step 4: Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation services are available and quoted based on the scope of the project. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own delivery or collect items directly from our store.
Interior Styling Fee
Our Interior Styling Service is offered at a fee of $500, payable prior to your proposal presentation. This fee will be credited towards orders over $9,000.
