This page outlines the terms and conditions that you, our wonderful customers agree to abide with when you browse and purchase our products. We may update these terms & conditions from time to time but we'll ensure that the latest version is always here on the website for you to view. 

Terms of Use

The terms and conditions contained on this page are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia as well as Australian Consumer Law. Arrival Hall owns the rights to this website and unless indicated, owns or has permission to all the content and material appearing on arrivalhall.com.au.


When you purchase anything from this website, you are making an offer to us to purchase the items and acceptance of the offer takes place when we email you confirmation of your order. Therefore, we do reserve the right to accept or decline any purchase/order that you may make on arrivalhall.com.au. If we do unfortunately have to decline your offer, we will provide you with a full refund of the declined order. 

If you do purchase anything from arrivalhall.com.au you are providing your agreement that you are above the age of 18, have authorisation of the credit or debit card used to make the purchase and have the proper legal capacity to be able to enter into agreement to the terms and conditions set out in this document. 


For parcels delivered within Australia we will aim for all products to be delivered within 7 business days and will notify you as soon as we become aware that this may not be the case. 

The cost of delivery is calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the product. For packages under 5kg we charge a flat rate of $10. Medium to large packages will be charged a flat $25. In cases where oversized items such as furniture pieces are purchased and require delivery, we will need to contact you regarding shipping costs after obtaining quotes from our couriers.

The moment you accept delivery of your purchases from Arrival Hall you agree that the products have been received in an acceptable condition and all risks associated with the products are now your responsibility. 


We will offer your choice of store credit or full refund upon return of the product if it was: 

  • Damaged when you received it;
  • Not what you ordered

Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind, but a store credit can be issued in certain situations at the discretion of the business. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at orders@arrivalhall.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can help you resolve the issue. Do not return the item before contacting us. The product and its packaging need to be in their original condition for in order for an exchange or return to be approved.

Both the product and the packaging need to be in it's original condition and unmarked when returned to Arrival Hall.  

When returning products please also ensure that they are packaged carefully as we will not issue a refund if they return to us damaged. Arrival Hall is not responsible if packages are misplaced or lost so we advise using a service that allows you to track the package as it gets delivered to us.

Where item is was damaged when received or wrong item was sent please contact us to assist you with the returns process.

Damage to products incurred from wrong use or everyday wear and tear will not be covered under warranty and will not be eligible for refunds/exchanges.

- Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Items that have been used on the body such as eye masks & jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
