With its graphic expression and subtle details, the Ply Rug gently hints towards the weaving traditions of the past, communicated through its broken twill weave structure and tassel finishes. Made in 100% wool, the Ply Rug is available in several colours across seven sizes.
Margrethe Odgaard, who designed the Ply Rug, is a strong figure in the new generation of textile designers in Denmark. After her graduation in 2005, she worked as a textile designer in Philadelphia, and later in Paris, before setting up her own design studio in Copenhagen in 2013. She has received both national and international awards and recognition for her work with textiles, colours and patterns.
Material: 100% New Zealand wool. The wool is dye colored and rugs are woven by hand.
Cleaning: For regular cleaning, vacuum the rugs. Clean stains instantly with sparkling water. The rugs should be turned every 6 months for maintenance purposes.
