Recipies we are loving: Julia Ostro's spaghettini with cime di rapa, anchovy and chilli
We've been taking advantage of the rainy weather as of late and have been cooking up a storm. As big fans of Julia Ostro's cooking, we've found her Spaghettini with cime di rapa, anchovy and chilli on repeat.
Serves 4
350g spaghettini or pasta of your choice
1 bunch cime di rapa
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to serve
1 small tin anchovies
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes, plus extra to serve
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Crunchy breadcrumbs:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
60g breadcrumbs
Sea salt
